How to use SD Card as RAM (Root needed)

Most low end android phones do not have enough Random Access Memory ( RAM) and that's why your phone usually hangs when you open several applications. This problem is usually common with low end android phones running on android 2.3 to 4.0.

Have you ever tried installing an android app or game and upon opening it, you receive an error message the the application closed unexpectedly? This is occurs because your phone does not have enough memory to support the app or game.

I am going to show you how to use your Sd Card as Ram and therefore you'll no longer run out of memory. For this process to work, your phone needs to be rooted. Rooting nowadays is easy and you can find ways of rooting any phone model by searching online in blogs and forums.

With more RAM, you will be able to run more background tasks, and many apps will install and run properly on your phone. You will be able to play latest games on your android device that otherwise would not be able to start with your regular ram.

Let's learn how to use Sd Card as Ram.

You will require an android app called ROEHSOFT RAM EXPANDER in order to use sd Card as Ram. Ensure your phone is rooted.

Steps:

# First Download ROEHSOFT RAM Expander.apk. You can download the app Here for free.

# Install it on your android mobile phone or tablet.

# The app will request superuser permission. Click on allow permission.

# Now you need to create swap file. So for that, click on Swap activate and Enable it Click on Activate Swap.

# Successful. You have just moved your RAM To your SD Card.
No more out of memory! No more memory is full!

Now you are free to run many apps in the background. Your phone will be super fast as you kiss hangs and sluggishness bye bye.
