How to Get KCB Mobi Bank

*.For existing KCB Account holders, download the application form fill it in and visit your nearest KCB branch or Mtaani Agent to register.
- Alternatively, you can just visit your nearest KCB branch or Mtaani Agent where you be given forms to fill.
*.You will receive an SMS notification with a one-time PIN which you must change to a 5 digit PIN immediately.
*.Always keep your PIN secret and never share it with anybody.
*.Request user ID from KCB customerservice at any branch to enable you transact via the internet.

How to Transact

*.For Safaricom, Airtel and YU subscribers, Dial *522# and Enter PIN to proceed
*.Via the internet, anywhere in the world on any mobile network onhttps://mbanking.kcbbankgroup.com/wapand enter user ID & password to proceed
*.You can download the KCB Mobi Bank app on your phone fromhttps://mbanking.kcbbankgroup.comand then enter user ID & password to proceed.

How to send money from KCB to Mpesa:

* Dial *522# from your Safaricom, Airtel, Yu and Orange. It costs Ksh. 5 to access the service.
* Enter your PIN to proceed
* After Login, Select the withdraw to Mpesa option. You will be required to enter the mpesa mobile number to withdraw to. After placing a withdrawal request, wait for a few moments and you will get an Mpesa message confirming receipt of money into your Mpesa account.

*.For only Ksh 5, you can now check your account balance.
*.Get a mini statement and check your transactions.

Airtime Purchase

*.Purchase airtime directly from your KCB account to top up your Safaricom, Airtel or YU number
*.Top up any other Safaricom, Airtel or YU number by purchasing airtime directly from your KCB account.

Credit card balance & payment

*.Check your KCB credit card balanceon KCB Mobi Bank*.Pay your KCB credit card bill.

Bill Payments - Kenya Power Post Paid Bill

*.Enter the Kenya Power Business number 8888 and then your Kenya Power account number.
*.You will receive an SMS confirmation from KCB.
*.To confirm , SMS your account number to 5551

    Mpesa to KCB: How to Deposit Money to KCB by means of Mpesa. Go to your M-PESA menu. Enter KCB paybill number 522522. Enter the KCB account number to exchange cash to. Enter the BestAssignment Service add up to send. Enter your M-PESA PIN. Affirm that all subtle elements you have entered are right, then send the cash.
